Jealousy, and envy..

Sometimes the ones who we consider close can be the most jealous ones. They're the ones that are the people that are trying to hold you back, and you won't even know it because you'll be blinded; you'll be blinded and won't see that who you thought was really there for you; really isn't there for you. Jealousy is a major problem, and you'll have people that won't congratulate you, but they'll just give you a fake response.

Here is what I mean by a fake response. The other day I told someone that I consider very close about something that I was rewarded for, and I was very proud at the achievement. By being close to me, I thought that this person would really be as excited as I was. Well you know what, I thought wrong. Once I told this person about my achievement the first thing that they said was "That's nice," and then walked off. Now I knew that this was an absolute generic response.

I've known this person all my life, and if this individual was really caring, and didn't harbor any jealousy then I would've gotten a more cheerful, and happier response. I saw the change in this person's attitude and even the change in their tone of voice. I've seen other people tell this person even smaller things, and they jumped for joy, and were excited about it. So, this made me know that I guess they were jealous of the achievement that I made.

It was alright though because I don't need validation from no one. The only thing that I need is the motivation to keep on going, and as long as I can breathe I will keep on going. You should also keep on going and don't let anything hold you back. Keep your chin up, and just know that you'll make it if you really believe that you will. People that are jealous should be your fuel that keep you powered up because obviously they don't like what you represent.

Keep your head in the cloud, and walk and stand proud because today you're attitude speaks in high volumes, and  what it's saying right now is real loud; You'll go far because you believe in yourself even if others don't!
