So yesterday I awoke to some horrible news. Some psycho went on a rampage and shot innocent people for absolutely no reason at all. This is absolutely crazy, and my heart goes out to the family of the victims. Sometimes I'm unable to fully grasp the fact that some people are willing to kill someone for no reason at all. Society is just going down the drain; because it's a horrible thing when people can't even go to see a movie and feel safe.
It seems almost like some people get a major thrill out of seeing others suffer. This way of thinking is just absolutely sickening; to just walk in a theater and shoot innocent movie goers is just very low. It shows that the perpetrator is just a low scumbag with no respect for human life. After all if he wanted to kill so badly why didn't he just kill himself when he was at home instead of walking in a theater and shoot innocent people. This all makes no sense, and now many families are going to suffer and hurt all because of one scumbag.
Not just that, but now a whole nation is grieving because of this one scumbag. Now anytime people see or hear of the movie The Dark Knight Rises this incident will always be in the back of their minds. This horrible massacre will always be associated with the movie The Dark Knight Rises, all because of one scumbag. I just hope that people won't be scared to go out to the movies, and live in fear all because of this one scumbag.
At this sad time I send all my prayers to the family members of the victims because I know exactly how they're feeling. I've had personal situations in my own life where I lost my close loved ones due to gun violence. I just hope that people don't let fear take over their lives now at this point.
