So, I've been talking to a friend of mine that completely lost his mind, and felt like he didn't know how to go on in life because his girlfriend just woke up one morning, and said "I don't love you anymore." He's been crushed and felt like his life has now come to a crashing halt.
I've been slowly helping my friend, and trying to help him get through this difficult time because it's hard for him. Anyone that been through heartbreak can probably vouch, and admit that it's something that is very brutal, in fact when your heart gets broken, and ripped from your chest it feels like a little piece of you also died. It's hard, and it isn't easy, but never give someone that much power over you! I repeat, if you make one person have so much control over you to the point where you're messed up, and can't function then that will probably be the beginning of the end for you.
Take everything as a learning experience and learn from this moment. If, you never give someone the opportunity to hurt you then they won't be able to hurt you at all. In life we all will be hurt at some point because it comes with the territory, but if you truly strive to make yourself better, and strive to work on your strengths then no one will be able to use you, and then no one will be able to take your kindness for a weakness, and therefore no one will be able to hurt you because this time you'll be better prepared for any scenario that life might throw at you....
